A Look At Our 2012 Race

In 2012, nearly 600 participants came out in crazy costumes and navigated the streets of Scottsdale at Great Urban Race. Racers worked on their skate boarding skills, perfected their sense of smell with a fragrance mix and match challenge and even downed a real scorpion before crossing the finish line! 2013 participants better bring their A-game because last year, Team Ohhh Bikers crossed the finish line with a time of 2:55:48, winning them the first place title and a $300 giant check. Disaster Policy

In the event of a Disaster including hurricanes, tornadoes, terrorism, etc. the race director and The Great Urban Race staff will decide whether or not to cancel the event based on the safety of participants and staff.
