A Look At Our 2012 Race

Last year, over 500 Masterminds came out to GUR Boston seeking adventure and sporting some pretty amazing costumes! Participants navigated, and even crab walked, the streets of Boston while completing a wide variety of exciting activities! Teams tossed fish and banded lobster claws at the Sargent’s Wharf, competed in a relay race at Powder House Square, and got “frosted” at Kick Ass Cupcakes! Are you ready to take on GUR 2013?

Disaster Policy

In the event of a Disaster including hurricanes, tornadoes, terrorism, etc. the race director and The Great Urban Race staff will decide whether or not to cancel the event based on the safety of participants and staff.
